Getting started with Homeschooling

- Books and resources for each subject
Can you do all that on your own? Yes! You can! (Really, you can).
But if you want help, we have options for you and for your budget.

We offer three Road Maps for your Homeschooling journey. Each one gets you to your destination. The question is how much hand-holding do you want?
OPTION #1: Do it Yourself with our CM Your Way Homeschool Curriculum Guide
OPTION #2: Hourly Homeschool Consultation
OPTION #3: Premium Homeschool Consultation

WHAT SHOULD HOMESCHOOLING LOOK LIKE?
We believe that homeschooling is the best possible education for your child. It should:
- build family relationships
- increase a child’s desire to learn
- be done in an atmosphere of love
Homeschooling should:
- support a child’s education holistically
- teach the WHOLE child – mind, body, and spirit
- be individualized to meet the needs of each child
- be customized to meet the needs of the entire family (including you, the teacher)
- be both rigorous and relaxing
- include beauty and wonder
- respect the child as a person
But what should homeschooling NOT look like? Homeschooling should:
- NOT look like public-school-at-home
- NOT take all day long
- NOT be stressful or overwhelming
All of what I have described above is the Charlotte Mason Method of Education.
OPTION #1: The Do It Yourself Option
Use a CM Your Way Homeschool Curriculum Guide
This DIY option gives you the map and lets you take the driver’s seat. The Homeschool Curriculum Guide:
- Lists ALL the subjects for each grade
- Shows you how to proritize subjects based on your student’s needs
- Creates a custom homeschool schedule for your family
- Helps you select books and resources for each subject

The "Walk Me Through It" Option
In option #2, a homeschooling expert walks with you to create a homeschool that will be a good fit for your family.
With this option, you get everything listed above plus:
- One-on-one personal consultation via phone or video call
- You get several months of email support to help you along the way
